Concession stand menu: Hot dogs, brats. beefburgers, chips, pop, water, gatorade, flavored water, coffee, tea, fruit, homemade bars/cookies, and popcorn Hey guys! As you all should know, we hosted our FIRST EVER robotics competition. It was awesome! Since we are in leagues this year, there were ten schools here. A lot of the teams were new or second years, so it didn't have a competition type setting. We announced at open ceremony that it would be more of a time to get familiar with what's going on, how the process works and what the FTC environment is like. A lot of the team members helped various teams by giving tips. Whether it was on coding, controlling the robot, or public speaking, everyone of the Sock Monkeys had an answer. It was a great turn out over all, considering it was the first competition and we had a good audience. Overall, it was an extremely successful project that went very smoothly throughout the day.
