Kazuki and Adam H. worked over the summer to build and program a Rubik's Cube solver. The video has been updated and now you see from the beginning to the end. A color sensor first measures each color and stores it's location. The computer then thinks about how to begin solving it. The processor is small so this takes awhile. RubiK's cube solver

Hi there Eric! I don't know if you are still following up on this project, but if you do, know that the hard parts are scanning the colors accurately and moving the cube consistently. Good luck!
